Builders, especially in rural areas of Arizona, are unable to pull the required 100 year water certificate required by the state to begin new subdivisions. The state has finally found a solution in a multinational and state solution between an Israeli company, Mexico, and Arizona with a desalination plant. We outline what our sources have found and it looks like this will be the future of Arizona water.

While rates are hovering between 6%-7% and stabilizing, we are beginning to see more buyers come back into the market to buy. The upward trend of rates scared many away, however, it looks like we have found the top that the market is willing to bear and therefore, causing home prices to flatline and in some places that were especially over inflated begin to drop.

As we see rates bounce around above and below 7%, buyers are pulling back with hikes and entering back into the market with decreases. Makes perfect sense to see this homebuyer mindset. However, we do see that the buyers currently in the market are serious buyers and usually well qualified ones at that.
